James initially engaged in a general practice to include criminal law, domestic law, wills, estates, as well as bankruptcy work. He served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for nearly 10 years. His reputation and the increased experience of his staff redirected the focus of his practice. We are now exclusively concentrated on representing individuals and small businesses working to solve financial challenges.
We are a federally recognized Debt Relief Agency. We help people file for Bankruptcy Relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
